Booking Conditions
1. Departure times can vary due to weather and other conditions, please contact 0411926186 via text and phone call, if your tour bus has not arrived by the scheduled time frame.
2. Sacred Owl Tours reserves the right to alter prices, cancel departures, apply a fuel level surcharge, arrange alternative transport, itineraries, and services when necessary.
3. On occasions we may go to alternative sites or use an alternative vehicle.
4. In the interest of passenger safety, departures, itineraries and activities are subject to weather conditions. Should Sacred Owl Tours be forced to cancel or alter tours, our liability is limited to offering an alternative or an appropriate refund, no greater than the fare paid. Please note that changes may occur at short notice, even on the day of travel.
5. Liability - guests should note that adventure travel includes risks, Sacred Owl Tours shall not be held responsible for any property loss or damage and / or any claim resulting from personal injury or death whilst traveling with Sacred Owl Tours, participating in activities with third party suppliers, in the vehicle, ion the beaches, in the rivers, in the national parks or any other place on tour or on company property. This disclaimer applies irrespective of the cause.
6. All prices are stated in Australian dollars and include GST.
7. A signed liability release waiver will be required from all participants. We recommend you take out travel insurance.
8. Sacred Owl Tours may use photographers and videos of our clients in promotional material, including but not limited to social media, however if you do not consent, please advise Sacred Owl Tours.
9. Cancellation policies vary - please check the cancellation policy page on our website www.sacredowltours.com.au
10. Minimum numbers of passengers applies for all tours to be a confirmed departure, if the minimum numbers are not met, Sacred Owl Tours reserves the right to cancel the tour.
11. Credit card payment fees apply to card transactions.
